Clear rules help keep the yard organized, safe, and available for active paid customers.

Basic Lot Rules

Assigned spaces only.
Active reservation or written approval required before parking.
No dumping, tires, pallets, trash, batteries, oil, fuel, or hazardous materials.
No unauthorized repairs, oil changes, fluid draining, or parts removal.
No leaking vehicles or equipment.
No blocking gates, aisles, shop doors, fire lanes, or other spaces.
No residential use, camping, or sleeping on the premises.
Gate codes may not be shared.
Customer is responsible for damage caused by their vehicle, driver, cargo, or equipment.

Paid parking and storage only.
Monthly parking is expected to require autopay.
Daily and weekly parking must be paid in advance.
Fleet and yard packages may require a custom agreement.
Unauthorized, expired, defaulted, or improperly parked vehicles may be removed according to the rental agreement and applicable law.

Yes. Monthly truck, trailer, and commercial vehicle parking is planned.

Yes, approved contractor equipment and outdoor storage may be available depending on space and equipment type.

No unauthorized repairs, oil changes, fluid draining, or parts removal are allowed in the parking/storage areas.

Diesel service access is planned. Availability may depend on shop operations and scheduling.
